We like to keep our customers buying process nice, simple and fast:


We offer FREE Shipping on all orders worldwide.


We aim to deliver your item within 2 working days in the UK and within 7 working days to the rest of the world. [Alternatively: Delivery times to international destinations will vary according to the destination but we will aim to deliver to you within [7 days] of the date of the order.]


Orders are shipped out on working days from Monday to Friday, any orders
made before 2pm will be sent the same day so you receive them the next
working day. Any orders after 2pm will be sent the next working day.


Import/Export
You (or the person to whom the products are delivered) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with country, state and/or federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.


Depending upon where we are to deliver the products there may be additional taxes or import duties to pay. These are not set or collected by us. In some countries you (or the person to whom the products are delivered) will need to pay these additional charges before delivery of the products can be made. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.


You agree that we will act on your behalf as exporter of the products and will
complete export declarations in our own name on your behalf.


If an order is placed and restrictions that we were not aware of at the time the order was made are applied by the customs authority of the destination country, then we will cancel the order and return payment to you.


Where possible, we or our subcontractors, will carry out all customs formalities on behalf of the recipient of the products. We or our subcontractors, will request
payment for these charges from the recipient of the products in a separate invoice. We may also request information from you in relation to customs formalities. You must respond to any request for information within 5 days of the request, or the order will be cancelled and the products returned to our warehouse.


Your items journey after purchase.:

1) Your Order is placed
You've just placed your order with Thelejouxstroller! As soon as your order has
been placed, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt. From there, our
warehouse will typically process the order the same working day if ordered
before 2pm before sending it out for delivery. Orders are processed and
shipped Monday-Friday. Now's a good time to recap on our returns and refunds policy too.

Processed & En Route


Once our warehouse has processed your order and it is in the hands of our
courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to keep you up-to-date.
Please note: The estimated shipping date we provide is the date that your order
is most likely to arrive. For reasons beyond our control, however, shipping is
sometimes delayed or accelerated. We recommend you keep a close eye on
your tracking number for shipping updates. As this is an estimate, we don't
recommend staying at home to wait for your package.

2) Out For Delivery
Once our shipping partner has your order on their vehicle, we will send you an
email update. Our shipping partner will make a delivery attempt that day
between 8am - 6pm for residential addresses and will leave your package if it's
safe to do so or you have provided specific instructions to leave the package in
a safe place. If they deem the location unsafe, they will make a second delivery
attempt the following business day.

3) Delivered
You’re Thelejouxstroller order has arrived at your home. Go ahead-unbox and
enjoy!
